"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping mall. Parking is convenient as we park near the lifts that bring us straight to the hotel. Breakfast is good and though it’s very crowded, the staff could usher us to the seats quickly. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!"

"We are upgraded with a balcony and beautiful view. The unit is very clean with great facilities and amenities. This is really one amazing unit that provides free parking. "Great hotel, too bad the pool was under renovation during our stay. My only concern was the aircon and light switch in the room. The aircon seems to only be on one temperature, no matter how you adjust it and the main room light switch was not working. Other than that, all was great"

"Overall, the hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early upon request. The breakfast was nice, although the dining area was a bit small and finding a seat could be challenging due to the number of guests. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service back to JB City Square, but it is advisable to book your seat early. The only downside was that the air conditioning in one of our rooms was quite noisy and loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite this issue, I would gladly return to this hotel again."
