"Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin."

"Una auténtica vergüenza. Sin aire acondicionado, telarañas por la habitación, sin tirador de la persiana con lo cual no podías subir la persiana, calor durante la noche. Y aunque pudieras subir la persiana, podrían poner al menos una mosquitera o se te mete, como se me metió, toda la fauna del lugar. A las 3:00 am me tuve que marchar para buscar otro hotel. No volveré jamás."

L' hôtel accepte les chiens et propose même des gamelles Deuxième fois que je fais une étape dans cet hôtel et j'en suis très satisfaite A bientôt c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai Catherine"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The views are well… worth everything. The food and service absolutely amazing. Thank you Roberto and Munya."

"A beautifully reformed historic building dating back to the late 1700s. Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes. We'd love to visit if passing again and 1 hour to Bilbao port is a bonus for certain travellers."

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Highly recommend! Muchas gracias!"

"Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
