"The only luggage carrier was completely broken. the top kept falling off and i6t had a flat. There was no one to help us and we are in our 80's and I am confined to a wheelchair. another guest finally pointed to another luggage carrier (we were just off a cruise and had 9 suitcases) that was around a corner from the lobby. The desk clerk was VERY overwhelmed. She had a line of people checking in at the same time and couldn't take care of everyone at the same time."

"Good location — right next to a coffee shop and gas station, which was super convenient. I felt pretty safe here as a solo traveler. The room was clean, and the service was great. Bathroom could've used a little extra cleaning, but for the price, I really couldn't complain. Solid budget option."

"Had to change rooms three times after checking in; lights/ outlets/ TV not working… Next room, same issues plus toilet would not flush… third room was fully powered, TV worked, but the toilet ran (loudly) through out the night… Not a restful nights stay."
