"Our stay at Derwent House was exceptional. It was a lovely facility, clean, beautifully decorated with African art. The breakfasts were fabulous--many choices hot and cold, tasty and filling. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location is close to dining on Kloof Street and reasonably priced Uber rides get you to all the sights in the city. We could see Table Mountain from our room. I can't say enough good about this establishment and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Cape...

"The location and breakfast were amazing. One thing to be aware of is that there is a big construction site happening across the street and they begin working at 7am and finish around 5:30. We were gone most of the day and woke up relatively early so it didn’t bother me that much. The beds is super comfortable and so are the pillows. The staff go above and beyond and made my wife several extra Lattes in the morning."

"Excellent stay with the most accommodating and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were greeted with refreshments every evening and our beds were made comfortable nightly with hot water bottles making us sleep better than at home. De 2 små pools er virkelig små men den øverste terrasse er hyggelig og med dejlig udsigt. Dårligt personale, man føler sig ikke velkommen overhovedet. Ingen smil og ingen snak.
