I stay at a lot of hotels and most hotels don’t offer breakfast, this place does as a grab and go style m, which is perfect. Hotel was busy when we stopped with the family. There is a lot more parking in the rear and we had no issues parking. The restaurant and bar onsite gets busy, it was a good stay.

easy to find, entered from the back street but there is a main entrance right on carbondale highway, i think route 6? anyhow, it was good, easy to get to and no problems at all. clean lobby and good staff.

The hotel on the whole could definitely use some updates. Also when we got to our room we could smell stale smoke (presumably from a previous guest) and saw a broken unlit cigarette in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and told us at check-in there would be breakfast in the morning. We went down at 9:30 am and found out they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 am. So we ended up going to Denny's down the road.

The nicest staff across the midwest makes up for the average continental breakfast at this edge of town hotel. I appreciated the spacious and well lit hallways with clean tile floors! I didn't use the indoor pool but I saw families enjoying it through the windows on my way to the tavern for great dinner deals. Turned out there was ooptional entertainment that brought in a bit of a crowd downstairs on each of my three day stay but the only sound on the second floor was the minifridge in my room!
