"The room itself was good, clean and big enough. The hotel does look a little old, and the building shakes a little when cars pass around. Staff was fine. It would've been great it they were pet friendly. The one thing I didn't like is the parking: they will charge you per night, not per stay like it says on their description, which s*cks because once inside the parking, I felt like I was gonna get robbed. There's no security whatsoever and a lot of people just hangout there drinking and smoking weed."

"I booked a room here as they have a shuttle service from LAX and I have stayed here in the past. After an 11 hour flight from London I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle and every time I called the hotel it was busy. I ended up taking a taxi at an additional £35 and when I got to the hotel, they said they were having issues with the phones. They apologised for not collecting me and when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. Plus a few other issues"

"Breakfast is fine, fresh fruits, waffles, yogurt, but protein items could be better, it was bacon and eggs everyday that we were there. They they need to add water to the oatmeal also. The room is clean but they will only come and clean it if you request it. They gave new towel but did not make our bed. No lotion. "
