"Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, jedoch keine weiteren Pflegeutensilien wie z.B. Wattestäbchen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem...

"Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken "

"There was no wifi for the whole duration of our stay (1 week) and we kept being told that there was a problem with the Internet which was going to be sorted but it never was.
I'd rather be told that there is no wifi provided at the property so that I can plan accordingly.
Staff at the beach we found to be on the rude side.
The property itself is lovely and clean and the beach is really nice."

"The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was...

"Great property. The studios are well furnished and the small kitchenette is very practical. Super clean and well maintained. Good location, but a bit of a challenge for a walk to the beach due to the steep hill. But It gives you awesome view of the bay and the beach. "
