I never saw a staff person (not sure if there is even breakfast available) and the place was completely dark and dead even though I got there during the supposed check in time. "This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "

It was perfect and you had everything you need for a family in it. fully equipped kitchen coffee machine there is even a grill in the garden. enjoyed the view of the mountains around us and it was only 5 minutes walk to the famous hallstatt lake. very clean and cozy. the only issues I faced is the room downstairs have small beds that is not that comfy,and the internet is not that good I think mainly because we are in...

"The reception staff told us everything there is to know about the skiing.They sell the ski lift passes at the reception. Ski equipment rental is next door, access to the slopes is across the street from the hotel. Very convenient, zero wait times everywhere, from rental to lifts/gondolas/restaurants on the slopes. The 5 course meal at the hotel was fantastic. "
