"The staff were very nice, welcoming, and hardworking. The facilities were well-maintained, and the amenities were quite impressive for a three-star hotel. The location was also very convenient, as it was only a few minutes away from the city center, train station, and bus stop. Lastly, I would like to commend the receptionists for their professionalism and patience in handling a particularly impatient customer."

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check in and i had to ask for it from another receptionist. Not sure, but everyone else in the reception team were very helpful. They even provided us an alternative parking spots with reasonable price. Sincr onsite parking is limited and more expensive. We will stay here again if we arr back in lucerne. Please note aircondition cooling system doesn't work if outside temp is 7 degrees celsius or lower."
