"Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall, booked through Expedia. The hotel was great — clean, comfortable, and an enjoyable stay overall. One piece of feedback on the booking process: when reserving, it wasn't clear whether breakfast was included with our rate. We assumed it was, but found out at the hotel that it wasn't. It would help future travelers if the rate options clearly showed whether breakfast is included, and offered it as an add-on where available. A small thing, but it would make planning easier and avoid surprises at check-in."
