We had a lovely week at Sigasiga resort in the cozy Ohana Bure close to the beach. Well cared for grounds, meals delivered to the door. Subash and his wife Sunita took excellent care of us. It's a taxi or unreliable bus trip into Suvasuva for supplies.

We spent 3x nights there. It was so quiet which was exactly what we needed. Walks on the beach and around the property. Beautiful surrounds and the perfect location to reground. The caretakers at Sigasiga Sands are amazing and made sure we were confortable and safe. Food was deliciously prepared for us and brought to our cottage. Beds could use an upgrade, but overall, excelent. The setting was relaxing and there was plenty to do. .

Extremely quiet and peaceful. Subash was an attentive manager and his wife, Sunita, was a very good cook. The only downside to this place is that you need a car or taxi to go anywhere else.

We liked being close to the ocean and having lots of privacy. Subhash was great at accommodating our needs. Savusavu town shopping and restaurants are 15min away. Bus and taxis easily accessible. The menu options available on the property was also a great variety. Bula Vinaka.

Property is very peaceful and quiet. Can walk the the whole beach and never see anyone else. Beach is beautiful but not great for swimming during low tide. Good snorkeling out at the reef but probably about a 500m walk during low tide and pretty rough water while we were there; water shoes are a must! We stayed in one of their newer bungalows which was very clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not much to do in the area but relax, however town is only about a 10-15min taxi ride away. Food was decent and affordable but would highly recommend checking out the Island Grill in Savusavu for a meal. Overall a nice place to chill and relax or a good home base for exploring other parts of the island.

Stayed in the Obana, which as explained is TINY. But as solo traveler it was fine. I spent most of my time on the porch and loved that there was a fan and sun shades on 3 sides which I used to block the monsoon rains and still allowed me to be on the porch. The little bungalow was very clean. The beach is not a sandy paradise, not great for swimming but you can walk down the beach to the lagoon. I spent my time scuba diving, I didn’t need much more water time.I rarely to never watch Television, but I was so happy there was Netflix when absolutely poured rain all day and night. I used one the bikes, it definitely needs some love, but is basically worked. The grounds very well maintained and lovely. The staff very pleasant and very responsive to any needs. It’s bit far from town but enjoyed taking the local bus. The taxi driver, Bablu the hotel uses is a gem. He was so helpful. He saved the day for me when I was having great difficulty reaching someone on the island
