"Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. "You often find a 5 star hotel that is middle of the road, no better than a 4 star and completely different from 5 star in other countries. This hotel, the staff, the quality and experience are what I would call truly 5 star, actually traditionally excellent 5 star. There is nothing I would find to complain about. We had an outstanding stay which has reinvigorated my faith in service, facilities, and enjoyment. Will definitely be going back and I just wish others provided this level also."
