It isn't the Four Seasons, but this was an excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and huge and no weird smells. Guy at the front desk was super (Brazilian John). I would definitely stay there again.

The room was sufficiently large and clean. The breakfast was very good. However, sound travelled easily through the walls and ceiling. The bathroom faucet handle was stripped so it could not be tightened; and one of the toilet seat screws was also stripped so it could not be tightened.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the pool was kind of dirty and not heated. I’m from Wisconsin, not the south and maybe pools aren’t heated down here, but it was like the coldest week in January and the water was quite cold. Even so, for the price, this place was definitely worth it. Good breakfast too.

Very friendly staff. However the room was very dated, the entire floor smelled terrible as well as the elevator. The sheets and towels were clean, but the pull out sofa bed was dirty with blood stains. We decided not to use it and we had to sleep, all 4 of us, in the same bed. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Disappointing experience, will not be returning.
