"Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again."

"The hotel is incredible. All services food and staff were excellent. However the rooms DO NOT have air conditioning and they had no fans which was surprising to say the least for a hotel of this quality. Just took off the duvet and slept in the sheets in the end"

"Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected."
