"We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit. The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer. That was quite disappointing."

"The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was extremely small for 3, but this is a budget Hôtel. There were no vending machines, only a desk clerk with a mini fridge. Finding the Hôtel was very difficult for us. Apparently the parking is meant to be in the parking garage immediately next door. We had no information on where to park and after much time wasted we finally chanced a random spot in the parking garage. Later, the desk clerk said we could have parked any where in there...

"Hotel propre, relativement recent, bien situé à proximité immédiate de la forêt de Saint-Germain-en-laye, et non loin du centre-ville dynamique de cette même ville. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique mais de gros manquement dénotant un certain amateurisme ont émaillé mon séjour et m'ont poussé a écourter mon séjour. le coffre-fort de la chambre était inutilisable et des odeurs nauséabondes de fosses septiques émanaient de la salle de bain après chaque douche. J'ai été dérangée la première...

"Very friendly staff, however the whole place needs a remodel. Our room was tired and worn out. Great location though! Lots of bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk."

"This property is ideally located for exploring Saint Germain en laye and beyond. Very central. Metro station a few blocks away. Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Most usefully we had AC. . We went out for coffees and croissants so did not need and food services. They had some games and activities set up in the lobby for kiddos to keep entertained."

"Hotel is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of Palace of Versailles and right in the heart of town with amazing shops, restaurants and market. Spacious room, very good breakfast, lovely staff. We were able to store our bags for the day as we arrived early."

Personnel très accueillant toujours très aimable et souriant. Mention spéciale pour Swan qui ne sait pas quoi faire pour vous rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Beau parc. Très calme. Idéal pour se reposer et décompresser. À recommander moi j’y retournerai bientôt. "
