"Checkin was very quick and smooth. Room was dated. Bedside reading lamp didn’t work. Carpet edge was tattered, bathroom baseboards swollen. Bedding a bit tattered and worn. Corners of bathroom floors not very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kids had a blast at the pool area, although there were no fresh towels there. I had to phone front desk and wait about a hour for some to be brought. Lovely tropical garden decor surrounding pool. Went to the restaurant for supper. Very nice atmosphere and appealing menu. Kid’s menu could use some healthier options. "

"Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. They were throwing hackie sack balls around at high rate of speed and without regard if they hit someone. Not happy at that point as we could not enjoy playing with granddaughter in a safe place. Due to this issue I immediately canceled my return night stay later in the week and booked with another hotel. "

"Great breakfast buffet! Room was clean. Quiet area of the city. Close to the airport."

"No breakfast, the mirror in bathroom was dirty as the windows. Broken screen on the window. Snow on the landing on the stairs. "

"Front desk staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had a small hiccup with the under ground parking and the front desk was a great help. That being said the underground parking is small and fills up quickly which can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening."

"Amenities were under renovation. Did not know until I got to the hotel. Quiet in the halls, clean rooms, took forever to get warm water to shower, housekeeping did not refill coffee or towels, was not happy. Went to the bar to get food, limited menu due to renovations and the bar staff was not very present. Too busy visiting each other rather than helping the customers. They gave me free parking for the inconvenience of the warm water. Guess that’s a bonus. For the price I paid to stay there, I would have expected better. "

"You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again."
