I love NY … i visit once a year and this is my favorite hotel . In the heart of time square and broadway .
Clean , practical and with very welcoming atmosphere and great staff.
Gemma and Matthew at the reception were super helpful and very friendly. Thank you for another great experience .

Hotel was in a great location on a quiet street by NY standards.
Room was a good size and was as per photos on website. Bed was comfortable. Shower was not the best but still ok. The complimentary laundry was also a great bonus.
Hotel staff were polite and helpful and check in and out was easy, but unfortunately there was one staff member who found a question an inconvenience to her.
Also liked the free cookies but we had to be quick to get some.
We would stay here again when visiting NY.

"Well the room clean! The staff helpful! Food is okay only problem is that another”all inclusive “ place has a drink at supper time so they didn’t charge you for it and the parking is free too!Tax is ridiculous 27% and you have a surcharges on everything!The best part is the castle bath what is walking ..."

"I stayed one night at this hotel en route back to the UK. Very happy with the stay. All the staff I encountered were helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. The room was clean and quiet, and everything worked. Good food in the restaurant. Plenty of parking. I'd definitely stay here again ..."
