Logement avec odeur d’humidité, trace d’humidité au plafond ( logement 59) literie très mauvaise, matelas très très dur, on croirais dormir sur une planche de bois Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons appris à notre arrivée que la piscine n’était pas disponible, et apparemment depuis plus d’une semaine, je n’ai pas très bien compris la raison, mais à priori la conciergerie devait avoir l’avale d’une société pour confirmer qu’il n’y aurai pas de souci sanitaire. Pour conclure, je n’y retournerai pas.

Purtroppo un po difficile la comunicazione con il personale. Struttura un po vecchia ma camere molto carine con clima. I letti te li devi fare tu!!! Questo l'ho trovato un po particolare!!Ingresso in spiaggia abbastanza comodo grazie a un sottopassaggio.

Il nostro bungalow era in perfette condizioni. Pulito moderno e spazioso. La struttura in generale non è nuovissima ma è una buona base per muoversi verso porto vecchio. In generale il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo.

Village de vacances

Village de vacances très bien placé. L'appartement pour 2 personnes est assez spacieux avec pas mal de rangements et une terrasse aménagée. L'appartement est propre, la literie est convenable, la vaisselle est neuve. Il y a une piscine dans la résidence, on peut aller pied à une petite plage. Une autre belle plage de sable est à 5 minutes en voiture. La ville de Solenzara est à un quart d'heure et est bien animée le soir.

II won’t choose the same again

The people managing the place are nice and helpful but… - Before check In we sent emails using Vrbo without getting any answers. - upon check in we find that only 3 sheets available instead of the 5 reserved. The manager said that he received réservation for only 2 people through « Expedia »!!! - upon entering the room…. It is a CAMPING site. Although it is constructed in hard construction. But we have to go on stairs then walk on stones until we reach the room. - after check in: the beds are sooooo hard. Mattresses are exactly like wood. Seriously : WOOD. THIS IS NOT A JOKE: it was wood: so hard that we have been waiting to leave since the first night!!! Pillow are so tiny…. So combination: NO SLEEP!!! Regards.

Bello ma un po' isolato

Posto carino, con spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. La villetta utilizzata era molto pulita, con clima, lavastoviglie e tele. Piccolo spazio esterno per mangiare all'aperto. Il giardino del residence e la strada privata di ingresso sono un po' trascurati. Alla reception personale cordiale. Piscina all'interno. Il residence è abbastanza lontano dai paesi limitrofi.

Résidence de mini-villas avec piscine

Cette résidence est dotée d'une piscine et se trouve à proximité de la plage de Favone, que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds en passant sous la route par un tunnel. Les logements sont petits, mais assez bien équipés, avec lave-vaisselle,climatisation, tv , mais sans four. Les plaques de cuisson sont des plaques électriques. Il y a assez peu de vaisselle. Une table et chaises en plastique agrémentent une petite terrasse non fermée. Dommage pour la vétusté de la piscine et l'aspect "sale". Les places de parking attribuées pour chaque logement ne sont malheureusement pas respectées par tous les locataires car certains se garent n'importe où sans se soucier des problèmes occasionnés... Concernant la localisation, attention au feu de Ste Lucie de Porto-Vecchio qui cause de très importants bouchons matin et soir si l'on souhaite se rendre vers le sud de l'île... La résidence est au bord de la route principale menant du sud au nord de l'île , donc pour les logements placés près de l'entrée, il y a beaucoup de bruit , et l'entrée /sortie en voiture peut être dangeureuse. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant! Attention, un troupeau de sangliers se promenent régulièrement la nuit...ne pas laisser de sacs poubelle ou autre dehors...et attention avec les chiens!

Per arrivare nelle abitazioni bisogna percorrere un viale pieno di buche, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi ma sporchi e non curati, abbiamo convissuto una settimana con un costante odore di muffa; peccato perché nel complesso la struttura non sarebbe male, ma è completamente lasciata andare. Bon emplacement à qq pas de la mer, les maisonnettes sont bien équipées et pratiques mais l'entretien fait par les locataires précédents peut être sommaire, le personnel sur place est très sympathique, certaines maisons sont en bord de route donc plutôt bruyantes. Les petits chiens sont acceptés gratuitement, il n'y a pas d'animations sur place.

Pas de réseau internet

Séjour du 10 au 16 juin on était logé dans une chambre loin de la piscine, tout n'était pas occupé mais on ne nous a pas donné un autre logement. Il n'y a pas de réseau téléphonique ni internet 4G à l'endroit ou se trouve la résidence : on est obligé de faire quelques kilomètres (à SOLENZARA) pour en avoir. De nos jour c'est très handicapant La résidence propose une connexion wifi payante, par 1/2 heure : sachant qu'il n'y a pas de réseau mobile, ce n'est pas très commerçant : à la concurrence ( même l'hôtel le plus ordinaire) on prpose internet gratuitement.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour bon rapport qualité/prix réception très accueillante et réactive le point négatif serait la piscine qui est pas terrible mais sinon très bien
