"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. "The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "
