"Such a friendly place. The room was large, with good air con and hot water. It's not luxury but that's not what we expected for the price, and the extra touches such as the homemade soap/shampoo bar and unlimited drunking water were great. The highlights though were how lovely and helpful the staff were, and the breakfast was so good - different hot options every day with always the choice to have toast or waffles as well as fruit and yoghurt. Great value as it's included in the room price."

"In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"overall the location is amazing but the small sauna & steam room next to the pool is CHARGED for guests to use, however theres no sign or price list on the door or the sauna indicating that, we used it for like 20 mins, and were charged 3000NPR per person. nobody informed us its not free for guests to use, that was a very disappointing incident, its not about the money rather than we would like to be informed that its additionally fee involved, for the sauna and steam room is very very dated...

"We stayed at this hotel after a 5 day trek. The hotel is in a great location. Our rooms had balconies and AC. The AC could have worked a little better. The food I did have was good. There was a language barrier with room service but they handled it! All in all it’s a nice little place. "
