"Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling.
The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference.
Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night.
The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year.
The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch.
Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
