Know that there is no easy path between the parking garage (available for $5 per day), so be sure to get what you need unloaded at check-in. And you will need your room key to get into the parking garage. Location is convenient to anything downtown Columbia and MU."

"The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours). The pool and hot tub were functioning but seemed dirty. The tile in the pool hasn’t likely been scrubbed in years. People who were definitely not guests were loitering inside the lobby and had access to the bathroom, which made the hotel itself feel less safe. Staff was helpful, but the place itself seemed understaffed overall. The location of the hotel was great, but the price we paid seemed much too high for what we got. There are likely other options nearby that would feel safer and offer better amenities. I don’t think I’d stay here again."
