"Although the facilities and cleanliness were ok, the communication of services by the staff were lacking, especially in terms of what is available to the customer. I only found out that the garage parking is included in the stay because the ticket machine did not accept my credit card. The procedure for the garage was never communicated by the front desk staff, neither was the street parking terms & conditions when we arrived late due to traffic. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was fixed to a temperature and could only be changed by the front desk when I asked them.
For a hotel of this price class I expect better customer communication and not letting do the guest do all asking. Certainly won't stay there again even if the area is nice and directly at the ocean shore."
