"A dupla de funcionários foi muito prestativa e simpática. Porém, a conservação do imóvel está muito ruim. Paredes e teto embolorado, tábua do vaso sanitário de plástico quebrado, chuveiro entupido. No quarto tem armário, porém trancado e não tem nenhuma prateleira ou móvel para colocar malas ou pelo menos um copo com água. Lençois de péssima qualidade e conservação.
