Boa localização, atendimento bom, funcionários respeitosos, limpeza ótima, café da manhã bom. Ressalvas: Considerar o hospede idoso e disponibilizar o quarto no 1º andar para evitar subir mais um lance de escadas, checar a manutenção pelo fato da banheira que não foi usada, estar vazando e banheiro ficava todo molhado, atrapalhando a circulação, fazer jus conforme anúncio quanto a escolha do complemento no café da manhã entre iogurte com cereal e frutas. Custo benefício adequado. Ajustando as considerações, voltaria com certeza. Recomendo!

Bom hotel que parece um motel, mas tudo muito bom.

Foi muito bom, escolhi a opção com hidromassagem, tudo muito limpo, tem escova de dentes, sabonetes, toalhas e afins, café da manhã foi bom, todo o atendimento é realizado dentro do quarto, parece um pouco com um motel. Atendente de noite é muito educado e gentil, no geral recomendo.

Na realidade estamos falando de um motel ne? Foi só uma noite para pegar estrada no dia seguinte, mas convidei amigos de outra cidade pra ficarmos no mesmo lugar e fiquei morrendo de vergonha. Café da manhã medíocre.

Opção econômica com boa relação custo benefício

No geral, o hotel atendeu minhas expectativas, deixando algumas coisas a desejar. Não tem frigobar, nem microondas no quarto (mas tem ambos na recepção, se precisar). Não tem tomada próximo à cama. O ar condicionado é antigo, de parede, sem controle de temperatura digital. Tem copa 24h. Tem vários restaurantes à volta. Fica próximo dos centros de convenção da região. As toalhas são trocadas a cada arrumação do quarto, o que eu achei um pouco exagerado e anti-ecológico. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, estilo motel. Aliás, o estabelecimento também é um motel, mas é bastante tranquilo. Não possui elevador e, conforme o quarto, talvez seja necessário subir até 3 andares de escada. Funcionários muito atenciosos e cordiais. Hotel bem limpo.

Otima localização, atendimento é bom, porem no site não fica muito claro a questão do café da manhã, é grátis porem servido no quarto, onde não se tem uma mesa, é servido uma bandeja com leite café iogurte DANONE, dois pães com uma fatia de presunto e mussarela para cada, dois copos de suco de laranja, não que não seja bom, mas não fica claro essa informação no site, no geral é um bom Hotel. Recomendo a Localização é muito boa.

My wife and I were visiting her family in Sao Paulo, but needed a hotel room for a night. We happened upon this place, and based on the photos, thought it would be a decent hotel. What they didn't disclose, is that this place is a MOTEL under the guise of a hotel - a motel in Brazil is a place for couples to go for a night of intimacy. We arrived, and the staff were trying to request unecessary personal information from me because I'm American (passport, nationality). The ammenities were subpar, and the cleanliness was even less so (we could see that someone wrote on the bathroom mirror when we took a shower, meaning it wasn't cleaned). If you're a tourist, stay away.

Motel oferecendo hospedagem como hotel

Reservamos um hotel, que na verdade é motel, na descrição deveria ter ficado claro isso, a descrição real do local que esta sendo anunciada é essencial para não ocorrer surpresas desagradáveis como aconteceu conosco. Fui com minha família, e desde a hora que chegamos notamos que algo estava errado, a recepcionista fez muitas perguntas, o local não condiz com o hotel regular.
