Hotel LACRADO!

Fiz a reserva com antecedência, e qual não foi minha surpresa ao chegar com as malas na porta do hotel e perceber que estava tudo fechado com cimento!!! A informação que tive na floricultura em frente é que por motivo de dívidas o hotel havia sido fechado três semanas antes. Infelizmente tive que me dirigir a um hotel próximo e pagar tarifa balcão, bem mais caro do que eu gostaria! Lamento receber este tipo de pesquisa para responder uma vez que entrei em contato com a Hoteis.com no dia da minha chegada.

Hotel ruim!

No momento do check-in fomos informados que o hotel iria fechar um dia antes do termino da reserva, e que deveríamos procurar outro hotel. Além disso as instalações não eram boas, hotel antigo.

Boa localização, quartos com limpeza inadequada

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no entanto, o quarto era muito antigo e tinha carpete, estava frio e não havia edredom, apenas um cobertor de pelos dentro do armário (tive uma forte crise de rinite alérgica) e os lençóis eram finos e quase transparentes de tão gastos que já estavam. Tinha um duto de ar com uma grade no teto cheio de poeira.

Hotel receptivo, organizado e limpo

O hotel é bom é bem limpo os serviços são bons, os funcionários são muito atenciosos é o que mais se destaca, um bom café da manhã. Porém, o chuveiro não tem água muito quente e por um lugar frio é ruim, a televisão não pega direito, mas para passar um fim de semana é bom.

hotel não respondeu nem atendeu às solicitações: - check in antecipado, - trocar camas solteiro por casal. O quarto com acomodações antigas e limpeza poderia ser melhor, da próxima vez irei comparar com opções observadas próximo localização não disponíveis no hotel.com (ibis, por exemplo)

fui a s. Paulo para participar de um congresso de medicina quantica, sediado em uma das alamedas transversais, e este hotel é bem proximo, eu cheguei todos os dias em um tempo bem confortavel, nao precisei de nenhuma conduçao, fui caminhando. amei a minha estadia, os funcionarios foram muito simpaticos e prestativos. Eu recomendo

Eficiente

Com funcionários atenciosos, fornece um bom café da manhã. No entorno há lavanderias, padaria e lanchonetes. Distante duas quadras fica o Shopping Frei Caneca, com farmácia, diversas lojas, uma boa praça de alimentação e um supermercado bem sortido. O barulho de casas de show da rua não nos atingiu. Recebemos um quarto amplo, com sofá-cama na ante-sala para mais um hóspede. A 400m fica o Hospital 9 de Julho (nosso objetivo por 12 dias) e também o Hospital Sírio-Libanês.

Muito barulho no bairro, principalmente no final de semana. Qto ao banheiro, o box muito estreito assim como o espaço do sanitário. Televisões ultrapassadas. Funcionários do hotel nota 10.

Razoável

O hotel é bem simples e por isso deveria ter um preço mais acessível. O quarto não tinha um cheiro muito agradável. Mas os atendentes eram muito simpáticos e solícitos. A vizinhança é bem barulhenta... pra quem tem sono leve, isso pode atrapalhar. O ponto positivo é que o hotel oferece quarto duplo com duas camas de casal... tive dificuldades para conseguir isso em outros hotéis.

O atendimento dos funcionários sao maravilhoso ,o café da manhã é bom .Mais a condisaois do hotel não é bom .eu estive em 4 hotel como se estiver fazendo um teste .o quatro hotel não se aprova estou deus do dia 4 de julho aqui em São Paulo e tive que mudar 4vez de hotel .Agora estou em outro e espero de ficar até no dia.de 12 Julho.

Gostei bastante do hotel. O quarto é bem confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso. Apenas no café da manhã sugiro melhorarem as opções, é bem fraquinho. Pouca variedade. Mas fora isso foi tudo muito bom. Quarto confortável, banheiro espaçoso, novo, bom chuveiro.
