Na lista de piores hotéis

Cheguei e atendente sem cortesia, não perguntou de preferência de quarto, repudio muito a hospedagem no primeiro andar e nos colocou em um que tinha cortina em cima da cama e sem varão instalado, fora que o quarto parecia estar incompleto, paredes sujas. Depois de muito reclamar foram instalar a cortina e sujaram nossas coisas de poeira e o quarto ficou impossivel de hospedagem, aí sim nos trocaram por um quarto, melhor porque parecia estar reformado, mas não excelente, pois a qualidade da cama era horrível e fazia muito barulho. Fora que teve falha de comunicaçao da atendente da tarde que não perguntou nosso horário de saída e nosso carro era o último do estacionamento, o único que deve ser elogiado é o funcionário da madrugada que rapidamente retirou o nosso carro e não reclamou ou fez cara de que não queria trabalhar, o contrário dos da tarde.

Hotel bem honesto; chuveiro excelente, cama confortável, café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso. Ponto a melhorar: falta uma prateleira no banheiro e um armário mais funcional no quarto; para duas pessoas é pequeno. Ponto forte: a recepcionista Jéssica; atenciosa e muito simpática.

Muito bom, funcionários bem prestativos. Só a limpeza do quarto que não avisaram que precisávamos pedir na recepção. O quarto tem um sistema de deixar acessa a luz de pedido de limpeza do quarto e não foi feito. Fora isso tudo muito bom. Café da manhã excelente.

Apesar de estar sendo reformado, tudo é muito simples... Não dispõe de arrumação diária; a recepção é feita por pessoas com pouca experiencia, e tudo é meio que no improviso. No meu quarto não tinha shampoo e o papel higiênico acabou no 1º dia (aqueles rolos grandes , tipo de banheiro de shopping), o quarto cheirava bolor e a TV mais trava do que anda...

O hotel é bom está passando por reforma, café da manhã muito bom também. Só que reservei casal e me ofereceram de solteiro. Que tinja um pouco de barulho. No mais tudo maravilhoso.

Hotel limpo e bem arrumado, café da manhã ótimo, atendimento cordial e super simpático. É um prédio antigo, mas foi reformado. Tem ar condicionado e frigobar na suite. No domingo monta-se uma feira na frente do hotel o que é naturalmente barulhento, mas já me hospedei no hotel outras vezes durante a semana e é calmo e silencioso durante a semana.

Pessimo, Hotel velho, não condiz com as avaliações e as fotos. Quarto ao lado da casa de máquinas do elevador, impossível dormir. Cama desconfortável, muito barulho interno e externo, quadros sem o mínimo de isolamento acústico.
