O dono desse hotel deveria ter vergonha, os lençóis manchados , rasgados e tão velhos que é inacreditável . Os ar-condicionados velhos e quando funciona são super barulhentos. As camas péssimas , molas estragadas , a coluna fica toda torta. O restaurante não tem produto de qualidade e os funcionários são super mal-humorados. Parece que você está pedindo favor e não pagando !!! Sério!!! Isso tem que ser revisto. Tem uma estrutura boa , mas infelizmente falta qualidade nos produtos e no serviço .

Banheiro velho, com sujeiras no azulejo, porta do box não fechava, e pedimos cobertor adicional porque éramos em 4 e só tinha 2 cobertores, os funcionários fizeram não ser possível nos entregar os cobertores.

A localização do hotel dentro de uma galeria é um pouco estranho, mas o fato de ser no meio do Brás foi ótimo para estarmos próximos ao metrô (que era o nosso objetivo central). O café da manhã também é bom. No entanto, o quarto era bem mais obscuro do que parecia na foto, com luzes fracas. A roupa de cama estava manchada, o chão estava cheio de poeira, o chuveiro e o box são muito mal planejados, tem uma tomada no meio (???) da cama e é um lugar usado também pelas lojas da galeria para colocar os produtos, pelo visto, o que fez com que houvesse barulho durante os horários úteis o tempo todo. Já fui em estadias mais baratas, mas muito melhores do que essa.

Reservei um quarto para mim, minha esposa e nosso bebê, chegamos lá e não tinha o berço que estava previsto, solicitei o berço na chegada e reforcei uma hora depois (17h), nada aconteceu. Em resumo foram encontrar o berço perto das 23h, e não sabiam nem montar ainda por cima. A cama era muito dura também, parecia que nem colchão tinha, complicado.

Boa localização para compras no Brás

Hotel ok. O quarto estava limpo, com tv e ar condicionado. Banheiro ok também. É perto da estação de metrô do Brás, então dá pra ir andando.
