-Excellent Value Budget Hotel in one of the best places in Sao Paulo, a few dozen meters from metro Station Sé (one of the most important) and Spectacular Catedral da Sé. Sao Paulo is the most populated metropolitan area of the western hemisphere surpassing New York City and Mexico City
-Excellent Breakfast: All the basics and Papaya, Pineapple and Watermelon always had excellent sweetness and consistency (It is difficult to find that, I think)
-Safety: The Hotel building is beside a Guardia Civil Metropolitana Station and In Praca Sé near the Cathedral is Base Sé de Policia Militar
-Sao Paulo is one of the safest cities in Brazil: 5 murders per 100,000, compare this with 5~6 for Buenos Aires and New York City, 14~16 for Bogotá, 20~25 for Chicago and Rio de Janeiro. In Sao Paulo there are too pickpockets that mostly target cellphones and other crimes like some express kidnaps to empty bank accounts.
-Very Good/Excellent Internet; Download speeds were 23 Mbps at 8:00 pm (peak time?), 42 Mbps at 2 am and 35 Mbps at 10.40 am. Upload speeds were 36 Mbps at 8pm, 63 (high!!) Mbps at a 2 am and 43 Mbps at 10.40 am.
-The Hotel is not a new building (that is a historical place built decades ago) but it is well maintain
-The Cathedral Bells sound in daytime and that can be very beautiful in my opinion
Rooms are clean and have bath, frigo, air conditioning (AC) and TV. AC may be heaters too (I do not know for sure)
The staff is very friendly and they are very beautiful people
