The staff was really nice and friendly! Besides Português, the speak English and Spanish. I took away one star because the wifi did not work during my 3 day stay. They said it was a whole neighborhood outage so I understood. However, it was a major inconvenience not having wifi. Also, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I would be willing to stay again and give the establishment another chance because of the staff and the great location. But, I would hope these were just temporary issues.

Fiz uma excelente escolha! Localização ótima, muito perto do Parque Ibirapuera. Atendimento de excelência. Café da manhã gostoso, mas poderia ter mais opções. Poderia melhorar o banheiro, lixeiras pequenas, chuveiro sem pressão, o que dificulta lavar o cabelo. Coisas fáceis de melhorar! Fiquei satisfeita com a estadia e recomendo.
