Nice NEW boutique hotel.

Overall great place. Brand new hotel is walkable, safe neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Walk to Ibirapuera Park.

Ruim porque, apesar da área física ser nova e passando para um quarto de maior área, não tinha como acomodar duas malas de 23kgs. O banheiro era maior, mas o box acumulava água no piso, tivemos que pedir um rodo para escoar. A bancada e pia diminuta. A janela dava para um prédio vizinho, não dava para deixar aberta a perciana. O café da manhã sofrível, não correspondia o preço cobrado. O atendimento dos funcionários, tanto da portaria quanto os da limpeza e restaurante excelente. Mas a comodidade em si, não está compatível ao valor cobrado pela diária.

Comfortable stay

Located in Moema it’s a pretty safe and posh district of São Paulo. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and Oxxo nearby. Walking distance to metro. Super friendly and polite staff always ready to help. The breakfast is average with not much variation. Room is small but clean, soundproof and nicely designed. Good shower and some toiletries provided.

Otimo custo benefício mas pode melhorar um pouco

O hotel é super novo! Inclusive algumas areas como restaurante e rooftop ainda estao em reforma! Academia ok para essa padrao de hotel! A localização é otima para quem vai no Ibirapuera (walking distance ate portoes 6 e 7) ou para quem vai atras de questoes de visto americano e/ou consulares! Ar condicionado otimo! Quarto tamanho ok (pegamos o maior), manobrista Tivemos apenas uma surpresa desagradável que fizemos o checkin e ao adentrar no quarto observamos que o lixo do banheiro nao havia sido trocado e havia muitos fios de cabelo alheio pelo chao! O lixo vieram trocar mas os cabelos eu que recolhi pois so queria descansar! O hotel é bom otimo custo beneficio mas precisa caprichar um pouco mais no serviço porque um casal um pouco mais enjoado iria pedir pra trocar de quarto!

Problemas durante a minha hospedagem

Quarto muito pequena e tive um problema sério, pois após esperar muito para o meu check-in, pois entrei no quarto aoenas às 14:30, onde cheguei no hotel às 12:00 e pedi pra me acomodar no apartamento o quanto antes pois estava virado de uma noite devido a viagem da madrugada! E após entrar após um bom tempo, ainda tive uma invasão de um outro hospede que me acordou me dando um susto, pois esse invadiu o meu quarto pois não colocaram no sistema que o quarto estava ocupado! Tive um domingo difícil e fatigante!
