Great location at heart of Pinheiros neighborhood, close to many restaurants and bars. also close to a very effective subway line, making it super easy to move around. My unit was at a high, with a an amazing view of the city. The pool is quite small and right in front if a lounge area, which make you the attention to anyone there. The breakfast is pretty small and boring.

The check-in was a nightmare. The person at the reception desk only hands you a key, but DO NOT COME EARLY. They made me wait until exactly 3 pm, even though I arrived 30 minutes early and the room was ready. I booked the room as a hotel room, not an Airbnb, but I was charged an EXTRA cleaning fee that wasn't disclosed before I booked 7 nights. Also, be careful: there are extra daily fees (I still do not know what those fees are for) on top of the nightly rate on Expedia, which took the room from $66 as the advertised price on Expedia to $83 USD per night, $17 USD more per day. The room had broken towel rods, no light near the bed at night, and you couldn't see in the closet. The last renter left things behind in the bathroom, and there was mold in the bathroom.

O espaço era adequado para duas pessoas. As instalações são bem novas e o studio é bem equipado com utensílios básicos para o uso diário como copo, taça, pratos etc. O studio tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade e é muito bem localizado... próximo de restaurantes, bares, farmácia, metrô etc. O processo de check in online foi complicado e tormentoso. Eles enviam formulários e contato com IA e, no dia que fui fazer o check in, o sistema estava com problema e IA não reconhecia minha reserva.

Eu tive problemas com o ar condicionado no primeiro quarto e o suporte foi péssimo, Eles ja não tinham ninguem para manutenção, mas não deixaram claro.Ficaram me enrolando até outra pessoa entrar no turno e me trocar de quarto. Chegando no outro quarto, não tinha secador de cabelo. Tive que esperar até as 11:00 da manhã para iniciar o turno da manutenção e alguem trazer. O Secador que veio, a parte de frente estava solta e era desafiador usar. Quando fui preparar algo de café da manhã, percebi que nem o fogão e nem o forno estavam funcionando. Não relatei nada na hora, pq ja tinha me incomodado bastante.
