The flat is very well located, there’s a swimming pool in the building. Unfortunately the kitchen utensils were not clean. Dirty coffee machine and all the pans. Electric oven, sandwich machine didn’t work. At least the microwave was working but we had to clean it before we used it. The flat was not well cleaned too. It’s a pity. Every time we are in Alphaville we stay in an Anora flat. It’s necessary to improve the quality of maintenance!

My Checkin was a disaster. I had to call Anora several times, while Left standing in the street with suitcases in the elements for half an hour, then "Beatriz" rudely demanded I send a photo document via whatsapp. Security eventually invited inside the lobby to continue their checkin process. If you choose to stay here please make sure all the details between the property manager, security and anora... are ironed out before you arrive.

El apartamento eata viejo y no le hacen mantenimiento. La griferia en muy mal.estado, abriamos la ducha fria pero salia.agua caliente, lo mismo en el lavamanos. Los grifos tan duros quw mi esposa no los podia cerrar. Perdidas de agua. En la sala no hay aira acondicuonado, mucho calor. En el cuarto un aire de unos 30 años o mas de antiguedad, el ruido no deja dormir

A pior experiência de hospedagem que já tive. O check-in foi extremamente confuso e mal conduzido. Ao chegar, a porta encontrava-se aberta e, ao adentrar para buscar informações, fui abordado de forma abrupta pelo recepcionista, exigindo identificação antes de qualquer esclarecimento, mesmo havendo check-in previamente realizado pela internet. Após cerca de trinta minutos de novo cadastro, subi ao apartamento e, ao receber as chaves, o funcionário sequer soube informar com segurança se eram efetivamente da unidade. No quarto, constatei que a porta não trancava pelo lado interno, comprometendo totalmente a segurança. Para agravar, o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funcionava, não resfriava em absolutamente nada, em pleno verão de São Paulo. Além disso, não havia tomada próxima à mesa de trabalho, o que me obrigou a improvisar e deslocar equipamentos pelo quarto. As reclamações foram feitas imediatamente, ainda na primeira noite. Fui informado de que verificariam a situação, mas nenhuma solução foi apresentada. No dia seguinte, ninguém compareceu para resolver os problemas e, posteriormente, fui informado de que não haveria conserto em curto prazo. Permaneci duas noites sem conseguir dormir adequadamente. Somente no terceiro dia foi sugerida a transferência para outra hospedagem, localizada a aproximadamente 6 km do local original, o que implicaria aumento significativo de despesas com deslocamento e maior perda de tempo, tornando a alternativa inviável diante da rotina intens

Apto com muitos acessórios: TVs, monitor para computador, mouse, microondas, geladeira, fogão, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, muitos cabides no armário, livros, etc. Tem elevador privativo para o apto e elevador geral. Piscina com água aquecida. Nós sentimos muito bem amparados. Super recomendo.
