Everything was very clean and modern. Loved it. Leo from front desk was very helpful and professional . Location is very good, conveniant, buses, taxis outside, very walkable, so many restaurants and everything else you need and felt safe.

All I can say is Quirky! Room was huge, shower fantastic, great Bluetooth sound system, 80 inch tv. The location for me was good. Only real negative was the lack of a window. The eclectic lighting was interesting, sort of a nightclub/bordello effect. The clientele didn’t seem sleazy, the only other guests I saw were young Brazilian couples

Os quartos são espaçosos, bem limpos, a equipe é muito prestativa. Único ponto ruim é a iluminação pra quem se hospeda por mais dias, é um pouco escuro por ser “luz ambiente”.

A estádia foi boa, o quarto estava bem conservado e era espaçoso. Tudo estava conforme o esperado. Os controles no tablet parecem interessante, mas você acaba ficando preso a ele, diz q eu podia usar meu celular para controlar tudo, mas não consegui fazer funcionar. No controle do ar condicionado faltou o botão para desligar o led.

Hardware de última geração com software beta.

Toda a estrutura do hotel muito bom! Da chegada, ao elevador, quarto, banheiro, ducha, tudo envolvendo qualidade dos itens e bom gosto na decoração. Porém o atendimento ainda não está redondo, meu quarto deveria estar disponível a partia das 15hr, fui no bar que fica na parte inferior e me dirigi para o quarto próximo da meia noite, chegando à recepção fui informado que mesmo tendo pago antecipado meu quarto foi passado para outra pessoa e que iriam me realocar mas precisavam de tempo para “higienizar” o ambiente. No final esperei 30 minutos, fizeram confusão e tentaram me cobrar de novo, tudo isso na frente da pessoa que me acompanhava. Por se tratar de um hotel temático a ideia é você vender uma experiência e o ocorrido foi “corta clima”, todo a atmosfera que foi se criando durante a noite, com a alta qualidade das apresentações, drinks e pratos do Love Cabaret foi interrompida por essa falha no serviço. Aos proprietários: essencial diminuir a fricção do consumidor durante as etapas do processo, mesmo que ocorram imprevistos é necessário conduzir a situação, como por exemplo falar que “Sentimos muito o ocorrido, seu quarto já está em preparação e pelo imprevisto estamos liberando duas cervejas enquanto vocês aguardam.” ao invés de “Você vai precisar aguardar a higienização do seu quarto aqui na recepção”. Entendo que acabam de abrir e estão em evolução no serviço! Recomendo a visita, retornarei em breve.
