Falta o acesso às piscinas do hotel durante a noite e madrugada. Os restaurantes ficam abertos até às 22h, porém após às 21:30h alguns já ficam incomodados em receber novos pedidos. O valor da refeição no restaurante do hotel é caro, mas não é exorbitante. E a hospedagem deveria incluir o acesso ao parque.

Atendimento dos funcionários muito ruim. Recepção sempre cheia, demoram para atender. Disponibiluzam um número de WhatsApp da recepção e nunca respondem, estou até agora aguardando retorno. Qualidade do colchão e travesseiros bem ruim. Serviço de quarto demorado, voltei do parque ao final do dia e não haviam realizado a limpeza e troca de toalhas. A estrutura do hotel é boa, falta gestão e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários.
