The food was good in the restaurant and the service was too until the "Rick Steves" tour group arrived. Then we were basically ignored. "+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet."
