Kayros is a fantastic hotel. Great setting. Wonderfully competent, courteous, kind, professional staff. Clean, well kept, well designed rooms with excellent views. And the restaurant, Compota, is deserving of 5 stars in my opinion.

Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. Quase perfeito

O hotel, moderno, bem construído e em uma ótima localização, é extremamente limpo e o quarto é espaçoso, bonito e confortável. O café da manhã (delicioso e variado) seria perfeito não fosse a demora da reposição (a exemplo, leite e café) ou a ausência (pão de queijo e pão francês). Outro porém é o estacionamento, que fica na rua em frente ao hotel onde os carros ficam “empilhados” e o próprio hóspede manobra os carros.

Para um hotel dessa categoria, inadmissível sem um estacionamento coberto. Principalmente num dia de chuva como o de hoje, onde o hospede tem que buscar o veiculo longe e acaba todo molhado. Cuidar mais com a limpeza embaixo das camas! Quartos confortáveis e um bom cafe da manhã.
