L'accès a la chambre est particulier, monté au 7eme, traverser l'immeuble et aller a l'étage de la chambre Le personnel était très bien Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi bien, mais bruyant. La propreté de la douche mériterait un produit anti moisissure.

Quarto limpo e grande, pontos negativos, elevador quebrado, somente 1 elevador funcionando, cheguei a ficar 25 minutos esperando pois estava no setimo andar. Check in desorganizado, malas demoraram 1 hora apos o check in para chegar no quarto, quarto só é liberado no exato momento do check in nem 10 min antes (quem chegar antes pensando que liberam, isso nao acontece). Café da manha bom, piscina e restaurantes bons também.

Os ponto fortes foram: a piscina e o pessoal da recreação e do atendimento do mar da piscina, foram sensacionais; o jantar maravilho; evento da ceia de natal também maravilho; localização a uns 200m da praia e em um centro comercial intenso e completo, pois o hotel é anexado com o shopping Miramar. pontos que deixaram a desejar: nos dois primeiros dias ficamos no quarto 705 e a privada do banheiro estava com problemas o que causou desconforto, pois tivemos que usar os banheiros de áreas comuns até trocarmos de quarto: a limpeza também não foi satisfatória, pois tive que conversar com a governanta para melhorar a limpeza; Também quando ficamos no quarto 702, o barulho do quarto ao lado incomodava um pouco; café da manhã também deixou a desejar, pois em algumas ocasiões alguns alimentos não estavam frescos. Pelo padrão do hotel, tem que melhorar.
