Lovely place to stay. Staff are very nice, easy to approach and always ready to help with all your needs. Oia cliff breath taking views is literally 30 feet away, without cliff view pricing compared to other hotels. Break fast is also really good and was included in our stay, with Greek breakfast, a tomato base and feta cheese combo, and hearty breakfast, an omelette with really fresh eggs that is very savory, as our favorites. The bus also passes on the main road which is directly in front of the hotel, so public transportation is a breeze. Overall this hotel and its staff is really A+. Almost forgot pool was really nice as well. Great job White Pearl Loakasti Team!

I had very mixed feelings about my stay. First, I want to acknowledge that the front desk and hotel staff I interacted with were kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever they could. My concerns are not with them. I experienced issues with transportation and excursion pricing and felt that communication from management was lacking throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I had contacted the hotel well in advance regarding a reservation issue and requested the cancellation of an unused night due to my flight schedule. Despite multiple attempts to communicate this beforehand, I was ultimately denied any refund or meaningful accommodation. Santorini itself was absolutely beautiful, and I am grateful for the memories I made there. Unfortunately, the hotel experience did not match the level of hospitality I expected. Cheaper is not always good. I would recommend that future guests carefully review the hotel’s policies and manage expectations regarding communication and customer service from ownership and management.

We loved our stay, the staff went above and beyond, and the property is beautiful with ocean views & a stunning pool. Amazing location in Oia as well, everything is walking distance & the entrance is right by the taxi drop off in the town which was very convenient.

We had such a fantastic and relaxing time on our one week holiday at the White Pearl Laokasti Suites. The staff were amazing, the food at the restaurant was delicious, it was not too croweded, our room was spotless. We would definitely come back again!

The White Pearl was amazing! Everything was exactly like the pictures. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Oia. But, the staff was what made this place incredibly welcoming and friendly. The staff will bend over backwards to help and make sure their guests are royalty. Absolutely, by far, one of the best places I have been to.

We had a very pleasant stay at White Pearl Laokasti Suites. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and has a lovely traditional Greek style. It is not a luxury hotel, but we really liked it. The pool is nice and convenient, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. We booked half board, and both lunch and dinner were generous and of good quality. The location is excellent, at the beginning of Oia’s main street. The public bus stop is very close, and you can also ask the driver to stop right in front of the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Bonjour, Bel hôtel , très bien situé. Belle emplacement , belle piscine. Super personnel, qui nous ont bien aider. Explication pour visiter l'ile, comment se rendre a Fira en autobus. Ensuite de l'aide pour la location d'une voiture pour explorer le reste de l'ile. Déjeuner très bon. On a aussi souper 2 fois au restaurant de l’hôtel. Les 2 fois il y avait de la musique et des dances typiques. On a vraiment aimé notre séjour

Hotel e ótimo, com um ótimo café da manhã apesar de demorado. Localização excelente. Só não gostei pq esquecemos uma coisa no hotel e quando saímos antes das 8 não conseguimos pegar na recepção porque a mesma estava fechada e não ajudam a mandar de volta.
