The property is exquisite, but the walk to the minimart and nearby restaurant is challenging and very little separation from traffic, making the walk feel unsafe. Pool is immaculate and very nice for a dip or relaxation on the sunlounges

The good: This is a very quaint little villa. The owner lives there, but there's no reception desk. The pool is nice and the rooms very spacious, and comfortable, and have AC. The owner is very sweet. It's located reasonably close to Fira. All in all a reasonable choice for the price, we were happy with our choice. The bad: However, there's no "do not disturb" signs, and every day they turn off your AC and open all the windows... in a place where it's 90 degrees, so you come back to a hot room that takes half an hour to cool down. Also, if I left a towel on the floor to indicate I'd like another, it'd get taken away but not replaced, slowly reducing the number of towels. So the last day I was looking for a towel, but the owner happened to not be around, and the lack of a reception desk became a problem. It's not very walkable - there's both a restaurant and convenience store in walking distance, but the road has no sidewalk or shoulders and so walking there is quite tricky. We used the car service that partners with Uber to go everywhere (35 euro per trip, flat rate). Overall, I'd recommend this place as reasonable value for the price.

hotel sito a Mesaria, vicino a Fira (raggiungibile comodamente con proprio mezzo); ottima accoglienza, ben gestito, pulito, con arredi nuovi e lontano da fonti di rumore. Abbiamo preso una tripla; la stanza non è grande e l'armadio è poco capiente se tre persone vi soggiornano per piu' notti. Bagno nuovissimo e molto coreografico. Lo consiglio!

The ataff ia so friendly. I saw with my own eyes that every day 3 personas were cleaning rhw room!! The location is very good if you have car. We didnt have one, so we were going by bus... a 15min walk uphills. Except for that, the service was incredibly taken care by the owners.

Ms. Danezisはとても親切で滞在前から私にいくつかの提案を与えてくれ、返事が早い。私はスクーターをレンタルし滞在したのですが専用の広い駐車場やプールを持っています。街中から少し外れているので喧騒から逃げてベランダで海と街灯りを見ながら過ごすのは気持ち良い。もしもまたサントリーニに行く際はまた利用したいです。 Ms. Danezis is very kind. She gave me some offers before the stay and responded quickly. I rented a scooter and stayed there but had a large private parking lot and pool. It's a bit out of town so it's nice to escape from the uproarious while watching the sea and city lights on the Terass. I would like to use it again if I go to Santorini. thank you

First of all we want to thank the family who owned the property and the rooms. All of them were so kind and helpful. We want to thank also the two amazing ladies who cleaned the room. Clean and quiet

Lovely owner, very clean room and overall very nice hotel. Unfortunately it's quite distant from everything, we did not realize when we booked. Hotel is a 8 minute drive and the owner insisted we book a taxi for 20 euro but we took the bus for 1.80 euro :)

Just Wonderful !

Villa Danezis is wonderful. It is located in Messaria, 5 minutes from Fira, 25 minutes from Akrotiri and 30 minutes from Oia. it is easy to reach all the places of greatest interest. Excellent cleaning of the rooms, well kept swimming pool and all very comfortable. So good quad and motorbike rental service. Gelly and his family are the real added value. Very kind, helpful and smiling. Highly recommended! Giovanni & Eugenia
