The staff was exceptional. Very attentive and kind. We felt they went above and beyond for us! Panos our driver was accommodating, informative, fun and treated us with incredible respect and such kindness. His ability to engage in conversation and add information was seamless and made us feel like he loved his job! He had such great information to share. Our rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and a hello. We loved our stay. The food was top notch and we enjoyed the cats immensely. We want to know the secret to the best yogurt bowl in The world.

Very good hotel with a lovely pool and access to the sea. We even saw a sea turtle during one of our morning swims. The staff are very good and look after your needs. The only downside is it is not easily walkable to other restaurants. You can use the hotel driver who was excellent but each trip is quite expensive.

Great hotel, modern and contemporary. Rooms each have a jacuzzi and the view was very nice. The restaurant on the beach is beautiful and they serve the best breakfast à la carte we had during our stay (we stayed in different hotels). Would highly recommend to stay there for a couple of nights to relax. Only issue is not much to do around walking distance so best if you want to relax or ok to take taxis everywhere

Absolutely loved this hotel, we often commented on how quiet it was every day from the restaurant to reception to pool area. We were upgraded to a private pool room from a private hot tub room which was a fantastic addition to celebrating my husbands birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the à la carte breakfast was a nice touch not having to walk around and collecting your food from the buffet, you could eat and drink as much as you want! We both had a 50 minute massage, she was brilliant and really worked on my knots as well as leaving me relaxed afterwards, they had a 50% offer this week too which was a lovely surprise as I had booked this when we booked our holiday. Although the hotel was about 30 mins away from places like Oia and Fira we didn’t mind and there were lovely beach hotels near by if you wanted to get out for the day. Overall, I would definitely visit again.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were extremely kind and efficiently got us checked in. We were brought to our room which was very clean and tastefully decorated. I asked if they had a charger adapter as we had left ours at home. Unfortunately, they did not. There were USB slots in almost all of the outlets so it wasn't a huge deal. We got in kind of late so we are dinner at the Aura restaurant on the premises (which was delicious!) and went to sleep. The following morning, there was a knock on our door. It was a member of the reception staff who went out and bought us a universal adapter! The hotel grounds were well maintained, pools cleaned regularly, and plenty of chairs/sun beds around the pools, though we did generally stick to our small personal pool for comfort reasons. There was beach access which was about a 3 minute walk from our room. The hotel itself is about a 25 minute drive from Oia and Fira which have most of the "touristy" things to do, which makes the area around it nice and quiet. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel for future visits to Santorini.

It’s not a 5 star or even a nicer 4 star, but the resort is nice enough and the staff is nice. My Chief complaint is that it’s this advertised as a five star. It’s not at all. It’s not luxury. It would be a nice high three star low four star. It has a parking lot in the middle of the entire resort. This service is a relates to helping with bags arranging cars things that a five star resort does is exceedingly lacking the views from some of the rooms, overlook trash and like I said there’s a parking lot in the middle of the resort there’s much nicer places to stay and frankly Expedia or Hotels.com needs to not list it as a five star.
