The Ira Hotel and Spa was wonderful. The views of the caldera are unbeatable. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located close to everything, but still very private and quiet.

This hotel was a great choice for me. It was located about a 15 minute walk from the central station of the buses. The breakfast here is really good and has options for everybody. The hotel was also very clean with stunning views. What made this place exceptionally special, was how excellent the staff were and how knowledgeable and kind they were. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The Ira did an outstanding job helping us retrieve a suitcase that was accidentally left behind. They went above and beyond to help us get it delivered back to us.
