Good points : friendly and professional staff, good breakfast, large room, well-located hotel near the main bus station of Fira. Bad points : hotel which is really (really) old, presence of mold in many places in the room and bathroom, the room needed to be completely repainted, there was no elevator, no breakfast buffet, hot chocolate was an extra charge at breakfast, and storing luggage in the storage room was an extra charge.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado justo en el centro de fira a dos minutos de la central del bus público, que puedes tomar en el puerto cuando bajan de los ferries y cuesta 2.70 euros , desde esa central puedes ir a cualquier lado a oia o a las playas , la habitación muy funcional el desayuno bien , el personal muy amable

とてもサントリーニに来たなと感じられる部屋でした。特に部屋に置いてある絵画はとても引き込まれるものがありました。またスタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で親切なので特に不便なく生活することができました。 お風呂場のカーテンが外気との温度差で自分の方にくっついてしまい、シャワーしづらかったのでもう少しカーテンが分厚いとよかったかなと思います。日曜日の朝食が、冷たい水が出なかったり食事が少なかったりなどしましたが、月曜日などは特にそれは感じなかったです。

Small bathroom. Shower was gross and we didn’t bother to step into it. Too much noise. Rooms were thin so you can hear the cleaning people moving beds constantly, and moving furniture making so much noise for hours. No elevator just stairs, which was expected Room had a small patio, which we didn’t bother using since it was cold Breakfast was as expected, barely items there I would not recommend staying here. The only benefit is that it’s in a central location, but the room and hotel itself was not great.

Excellent, friendly & helpful service staff always ready to render any help. Unbeatable location next to the bus station and near to the Caldera & main square where many eateries are at. Very reliable house keeping daily. They do their best! Note: Do bring along a pair of rubber slippers for use in the washroom. This hotel would be my choice again.
