Beautiful stay. The hotel is very modern and luxurious. Our room was large and very well equipped. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were plush. The rooms private pool was heated! Very warm, more of a mild hot tub temperature which was perfect for our stay in may. The included breakfast is fantastic and is delivered to your room. The staff were all very helpful and took care of our bags on the steep steps. There is a local market just next door which was very convenient for snacks and drinks for the room. And the walk into main Oia was only 5 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Hom.

This is beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the world, the views from every corner were amazing The room and bed was excellent and booking the hot tub room was worth everything. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Hom Santorini in Oia! The location was perfect—walking distance to everything in Oia that we wanted to see. The service was excellent, breakfast each morning was delicious, and the views were simply breathtaking. Our cave room was cozy and unique, and having a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the caldera made it unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at HOM Santorini and would definitely recommend it. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s right at the beginning of the Oia walkway, which means you barely have to carry your luggage and there are almost no stairs compared to many other hotels in Oia. It also has a perfect caldera view, making it an amazing place to enjoy Santorini’s famous scenery. Our room was beautiful, with a private balcony and hot tub, which made the stay even more special. Having breakfast served on the balcony overlooking the caldera was one of our favorite experiences. The hotel also has a lovely pool with plenty of comfortable daybeds for sunbathing, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. The only downsides were related to convenience and communication. There are no irons available in the rooms, so every time you need one you have to request it from reception, and they collect it again shortly afterward. It would be much more convenient if guests could keep it for a while or if ironing facilities were more accessible. The other issue was the check-in experience. We arrived around 12:30 p.m., and the receptionist told us our room was being cleaned, setting the expectation that it would be ready fairly soon. However, more than two hours later, it was still “being cleaned,” and we only received our room after I went back to complain. Clear communication would simply avoid the situation

Hom Santorini is a fabulous place to stay on Santorini. Great view, great rooms and perfect situated right next to Oia. The only minor negative thing is that the staff in the café/restaurant/pool bar could be a little bit more attentive to the guest. Cleaning staff und reception staff is great.
