E l i s a Rosario was simply amazing and made our stay memorable. She was able to answer all of our questions and needs. The pool was ok although I didn't swim. They have a small bar by the pool with super cheap drinks which was nice. They breakfast in the morning was pretty sub par I have to say really nothing special. The rooms were pretty simple and could use some maintenance and color. All around for the price if you just need a place and are not too picky why not.
The price is reasonable, and their are a lot of street food choices. The area is pretty safe, with a really nice ocean view. I highly recommend, I would definitely like to visit again.
Staff were always very friendly and attentive. Property is located around some clubs, expect noise at night. Breakfast is very decent, everything’s fresh. Bar next to the pool and pool is in good condition.
Rooms are good for the price, if you want more, then pay more and go somewhere else
The hotel is average at best, it is very noisy at night when you are trying to sleep, people are smoking in the other rooms and hallways, the breakfast is below average and a sad attempt to even call it a meal, at least the attendants are very nice and helpful, the area is nice with a frontal Seaview, restaurants and cafeterias nearby to grab a bite.
I like that it was by the oceanside, theres always people -day and especially at night, people come to enjoy the ocean breeze and restaurants or vendors across the street. Theres a local shuttle that picks up enroute on this Avenue,-(i didn't use it), many local businesses, many. My favorite is "Sabor Criollo", breakfast is simple but enjoyable. Rooms are kept and staff is on demand at a touch of a phone call -(reception).

First of all , the property was clean and staff was nice.
The rooms have great air conditioning.
Its in decent area not the best or worst.
But the hotel never had any face wash cloths the entire 4 days .
Also it is in a very above noise volume after 2 am in the morning in the area.
I Like This Location because it by the ocean side, it’s safe gated entrance has a well maintained swimming pool that’s kept up the employees or workers are very nice The price to stay is very low. They have breakfast every day you have an elevator for your floor the clean your room every day if you so wish they have a nightlife on that scene street. They have a bar in music in a little shack on the premises cameras on every floor of the hotel, on every end, they are monitored by reception air-conditioned rooms, refrigerators, bathrooms that are kept up a parking space in the back and underground of the hotel stores nearby vendors nearby

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered - both morning and evening. There was one gentleman that showed us where to park that was awesome but that was it. The lobby and pool area was fine but when we went up to our room, it was unlocked and when we locked it, didn’t seem very secure. Several lights didn’t work, the sink plug wouldn’t stay open, the toilet was hard to flush, the shower never got above cool and then made a mess in the floor and there wasn’t a mat to step out on. The bed was low to the ground and uncomfortable and the pillows were not comfortable either.

I give this property a favorable review because it seems to be one of the best in the area. However, if this is your first trip to the area or to the DR in general, it’s a fair warning that the hotel will be a letdown compared to other hotels in other countries (particularly the United States). For example, we didn’t ever have hot water for showers, the electricity went out for several hours, the air conditioning stayed off for several more hours, and the breakfast was very limited (though we were grateful there was breakfast at all). The view of the ocean from the hotel is phenomenal, but the area in front of and all around the hotel is not cared for. There isn’t safe parking at the hotel that we could see. The coastal sidewalk right across the street (called the Malecon) is littered with trash everywhere. It’s actually quite sad. That walk should be a national treasure but it’s not kept up. Beyond that, you have plenty of street beggars who will approach you to ask for money, especially if you have light skin.
Overall it was a good education and we were satisfied with the hotel, though disappointed with the area around it. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but something travelers would benefit from knowing.
