Nice hostel, friendly staff

This was a great little hostel. I travelled with a friend and we stayed 4 nights in our own individual rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms are small but had everything we needed, including a locking cupboard, private toilet and shower. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The area is a little far from the centre but the walk was an easy one so we didn’t mind.

The hostel was clean and quiet, but very cold with no heating. Bring a sweater when you stay here! The location wasn’t that great, it seems like an industrial area with a bunch of car dealerships and such. Thankfully it was a cheap Uber ride into the more popular areas. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

O hostel é bastante simples, sem área comum para compartilhar com outros turistas. O café da manhã é servido em um anexo/bar e é bastante simples, sem calefação, sem qualquer tipo de fruta, apenas o básico. Na noite que cheguei a calefação não estava funcionando em todo hostel (17/07) e fazia muito frio.O banheiro estava um pouco sujo e não havia lâmpada no abajour do quarto. Os funcionários procuram atender às solicitações/reclamações dentro do possível. O hostel, no geral deixou a desejar.

One option for breakfasts

The staffs were awsome, the place was clean, but the bed linen(white), the comforter (white), the pillows and the pillow case(white) were all stained (I dont think they use bleach to wash them). Breakfast was bad you only have one option old bread, bread with cheese and ham, instant coffee, intense tea, yogurt, No fruits, No cold or hot cereal. Great location, and helpful staffs.

Very bad breakfast

Breakfast was horrible, bread was old, no fruits, no hot or cold cereal, section was bread or bread with cheese or ham, yogurt, instant coffee or intense tea. I lived in other hostal never had bad breakfast.

I stayed at the location for over 3 weeks no one told me about breakfast, when I finally knew about breakfast, breakfast was terrible, their selection was bread or bread with ham and cheese, yogurt, coffee or intense tea, the bread was old, NO FRUITS, NO CEREAL (hot or cold)

Awesome for cheap place to stay

Perfect place. Atm 10 seconds away in gas station. Also restaurants steps away. Car rental next door. One dude speaks such good English that you feel like you're in USA. Others not so much but still try to help. Very safe area, but bring a lock for locker room, they don't provide one. I used mine without lock and didn't have anything stolen. There is rooftop you can go to and see the mountains of the tallest skyscraper around. Beds are very good, but towels are a bit rough. No bugs I noticed! They also lent me their bus pass which costs $2 but still. They also help with direction. Bus stop right next to door and train station 5 mins walk away. They also gave me towel and let me stay in lobby for few hours despite checking out earlier. They don't allow late check out, as they charge full night. Only issue is lack of fan, window doesn't help. Also if two people taking shower, the water goes into other person shower area which was bit gross. Alone is fine (they're seperate but the barrier at bottom doesn't prevent water from coming to your area). Breakfast was basically egg sandwich and melon juice. Pretty good for how much I paid for the stay. I've had better stay in first world countries for similar price, but this is still 4.5/5 stars for price.

Unpredictable breakfast and more

The hotel cannot seem to give me a straight answer of what I should get for my breakfast. They gave me a printout of what I'm entitled to get. You can see the printout in the picture. However something is often missing. It's either missing eggs or yogurt. I did complain but they eventually told me that it depends on availability. That basically means that your breakfast is unpredictable and you will less likely get what you're entitled to. I always go early in the morning usually when the restaurant just opens. So there is no excuse for the availability of the breakfast options. Stay tuned for my next review at this hostel. How can they get such a high questionable review score? I didn't mention everything yet.

i enjoyed my stay

the room was very clean and staffs were really helpful. Breakfast was ok. Location is OK. Need about 10 min walk to metro station. Bus stop is right outside the hostel. If they could provide towel, it would be great.

Uma boa Hospedagem

Foi um estadia no geral muito boa. Funcionários muito solícitos e agradáveis. Porém, ao fazer minha reserva, foi confirmado que teria café da manhã incluído, mas na verdade não tinha, teria que ser pago à parte, pois o que a recepcionista disse era que na verdade o que estava incluído era o café que eles ofereciam na recepção e não o nosso tradicional café da manhã ou o desayuno deles. O hostel também não conta com cozinha, o que é um ponto negativo.

Experiência agora ruim

Foi a segunda vez. O atendente da noite muito atencioso e uma da manhã até as 21 TB. Mas uma.outra atendente completa mente nem ai para hóspede. Não se interessava em ajudar muito menos em falar 1 palavra em português. Não sabia nem dizer como chegar no aeroporto. Um absurdo. Quarto sem tranca nas portas com hóspede homem e mulher o.que eu não sabia, como assim não tem tranca na porta??? Banheiro meio sujo não avisaram que não tinha cafe da manhã e hostel que nem copo tem para o hóspede. Roupa de cama 99% que não é trocada. Localização excelente na verdade excepcional. Não sei se voltaria pra quarto coletivo no momento. Já havia ficado lá era ótimo, agora muito ruim.

Inicialmente me querían cobrar más de lo acordado según lo que reservé. Finalmente luego de discutir mucho rato accedieron, tras un llamado al supervisor, cobrarme lo acordado. Me entregaron otra habitación y no la acordada, aunque eran prácticamente iguales, esta era heladisima (además que la calefacción no estaba prendida en pleno invierno) y al tener tan poco abrigo la cama, pasé un noche heladisima sin dormir bien a causa del frío. Si bien la página decía que el lugar contaba con desayuno, jamás existió este. Sinceramente, el lugar podría ser muy bueno, pero estos inconvenientes transformaron la visita en algo desagradable.

Hotel simples porém aconchegante

café da manha simples porém honesto, a limpeza do estabelecimento muito boa, toalhas limpas todos os dias. A maior dificuldade foi a distância do metro, que ficava a 1,5 km .
