Persoonallinen hotelli, joka kuitenkin kaipaisi perusteellisempaa siivousta. Sijainti on hyvä erityisesti iltaelämää ajatellen ja huoneessa oli mukava pieni parveke.
To start: this is NOT a simple hotel (surely not a “boutique” one). It is a HOSTEL. It has look and feel of a hostel, which is poorly maintained. The cleaning level is way below average. We spent there two nights, but the room was not cleaned. Even fresh towels were provided upon request. The wifi is weak and keeps breaking. The staff is not friendly. I am not recommending this place, unless you into hostels.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were basic but comfortable and breakfast again was basic but enough. Really good area with lots of places to go close by.
We used Native coming and going to Easter Island. It was convenient to get to and the staff was superb. Our first room was a tad too small but the return room was roomy. They have great linens on comfy beds. The area is near the Bella Artes, Forest Restaurant and a lovely park. The best part was the super-helpful staff. My small amount of Spanish and their small amount of English, worked well together.
The boutique hotel is small and in a nightclub area--a little loud at night. But, boy, doe the helpful staff make up for it. We had problems tve and they helped with them all. We would have liked the larger room we had on the second stay, the first time.
hotel lindo, comodo.
bien ubicado.

Stayed one night in Chile here before heading home. Photos looked nice, reviews and ratings were generally good. We are not unreasonable with our expectations.
To start, this is a HOSTEL, not a hotel.
Our room was scary - shoddy exposed electrical, a light switch about 7 ft high above the desk, a hole in the very exposed subfloor, an earring left behind on a grimy shelf, and a stained pair of underpants that nearly fell on my head when I opened the locker over my bed. Not to mention the bunk beds which were not indicated on this page by photos or description.
The room looked like it was under construction. With the original worn-down and dirty bunk beds, worn mattress, lockers, and sticky floors on the left side, then a roughed-in 'desk,' cracked and partially repaired drywall, and exposed subfloor (with hole) on the right side.
I requested a different room and was offered one for more $ which I turned down. The room we were offered was one from the photos here, but was also run down, though not as badly as ours. The employee was making attempts to contact the owner/manager(?) but it was late, I was tired, and accepted my fate.
The shared toilets - in closets less than 3 ft wide, where you can sit on the toilet and drink from the sink at the SAME TIME!
The showers - Clean. Hot water which I conserved by turning off in between shampooing, but my wife showered next and had none.
The breakfast - good. Ham, cheese, bread, cereal, juice, milk, toaster, and sandwich press.
we booked two rooms in same hotel for same price. The first confirmation was in English the other was in Spanish. When we arrived they told us that one room had private bath and the other shared bathroom with another room
After arguing for about 10 minutes they give us both rooms with private bathrooms
The rooms did not have smoke alarms and the door lacked inside with key instead of knob- fire escape violation

The staff was nice enough but the room was odd. No mirror, no trash bin, two beds, and no bathroom or sink. Still has the feel of a hostel even though it is now a hotel. Seems like they are trying to update slowly (I saw them throw out all of the artwork while I was there so hopefully they are getting new decor). Location is excellent but the hotel needs to make some serious improvements to be deemed a hotel. The sheets were questionably clean (I slept on top as a result) and the quality was poor and scratchy. I had a much better experience in a hostel dorm room in Southern Chile.
