Hotel Director was a great stay and affordable! Vitacura is a nice area to stay- lots of food options and shopping walkable from hotel. Only negative feedback is that the AC wasn't very strong, and there was loud banging in the morning (could have been construction). The staff were amazing- shout out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond for us!

Excellent stay

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Director in Santiago Vitacura during my recent business trip. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the offices I was visiting and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, businesses and restaurants. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated having it available during my stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or leisure in Santiago.

I really like the staff. Mei, Miguel abd everyone is really nice. I think I got an old room and it could be improved. Its convenient for short stays as the area is really nice. Hopefully they can remodel all the rooms to make sure it’s a 4 star hotel

Very classic nice hotel. Spacious and clean room. Staff very friendly . Restaurant has amazing dishes. The only thing it could be improved is that the heater makes a little noise at night.

Boa estadia no Hotel Director Vitacura, ele fica em uma avenida bem localizada e aparentemente segura. O quarto é grande e tem uma cama bem confortável. Pontos negativos: o café da manhã (desayuno) começa a ser servido às 07h e os passeios, em sua maioria, saem 05-06h; te pedem uma caução de 100$ dólares e não havíamos sido avisados antes sobre isso.

Hotel maravilhoso! Café da manhã não está incluso, mas vale muito a pena contratar pq é muito gostoso e variado. Amei!! Atendimento maravilhoso, quartos enormes e o restaurante do hotel Nosu muuuito bom também. Localização excelente, da para ir andando ao parque Bicentenário. Enfim, recomendo demais e com certeza voltaria!
