Localização ótima,!!!Perto de tudo,aliás sempre que vou a Santiago fico no bairro Providencia.Atendimento na recepção bom.Nao esqueçam chekin somente após 15 hrs e isso não foi informado anteriormente.O apartamento em geral bom. Uma kitnet completa! Cozinha bem equipada e nova. A cama muito ruim,no caso de casal juntam os colchões e são colchões de péssima densidade. Não trocam as toalhas e fim de semana sem limpeza. Aliás não espere roupas de cama e toalhas muito limpas!! Mas mesmo assim indico pelo custo benefício!!

Foi me cobrado o IVA (VAT) de 19% sob o valor total da estadia, mesmo o contrato estar estipulando que brasileiros, mostrando o passaporte, e pagando em dólares, não incidiria em tal imposto. Estou com chamado aberto perante a Hoteis.com a fim do ressarcimento do valor que totaliza R$ 342,40 cobrados indevidamente!

El estacionamiento se paga aparte y tiene un costo de US$ 15 mas IVA , a pesar de haber aceptado el valor en el momento de tratar de usarlo el conserje no accedió pues no le habían informado , el lavamanos del departamento tenía una fuga y el baño se inundaba , la manilla de la puerta de entrada se soltaba completamente, la estadía no fue de mi agrado.

Location was good and safe. Very near metro. Unfortunately my 9th floor room faced west so I had the sun beating in almost all day... unless I shut all the drapes which was depressing. It is an unmarked building so good luck finding it. No little extras like bath soap and shampoo or a bottle of water. TV is in bedroom area not living room area. Wifi is good. No one speaks English do you better know Spanish. I paid in advance but I got a bill under my door to pay again. What a frustrating nightmare trying to explain I already paid. I think they were saying they never heard of Orbitz. It was eventually figured out--no, I didn't pay again. They don't respond to emails either. Not worth all the headaches if you are on vacation. I can deal with no bath soap but I cannot deal with terrible communication.

Hospedagem Providencia - Santiago do Chile

Ótima localização, perto de mercadinhos, farmácia e cafés. Wi-Fi excelente. No geral é uma hospedagem modesta - limpeza e conforto estão dentro do normal . O prédio é residencial e na fachada não há informação nenhuma que identifique com o nome Austral Suítes, o que causa uma certa insegurança. No geral, cumpre o que promete, sem surpresas positivas ou negativas.

Superb Location, everything we needed!

Situated in the heart of Providencia, Satiago our four day stay at the Austral Suites was a perfect way to finish our vacation. The shower was excellent with lots of hot water, and the bathroom clean, (important after a hiking holiday), the kitchen had everything we needed and the view from the 18th floor a delight. While we understood the apartment would not be serviced we were still offered clean towels each afternoon and the toilet paper was replenished. There were tea and coffee sachets to get us started on the first day. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, and the area felt safe with lots of wonderful eating choices. While we did not share a language, we found the staff, through google translator, to be extremely helpful and friendly. There are laundry facilities and a swimming pool - both of which we utilised. We are thrilled with our choice. Highly recommend.

Local ideal em Santiago

O Austral Suites fica super bem localizado, a apenas 1 quarteirão da estação de metrô Pedro de Valdívia, em um ponto do bairro Providencia cheio de restaurantes, bares, supermercados e lojas de cambio. E a rua em que está localizado o prédio é bastante tranquila.

Minha casa em Santiago, maravilhoso.

Tirando o contratempo da cobrança, que foi combinado pagamento no prédio e eles cobraram no cartão gerando um constrangimento e cobrança de iof, o resto é tudo muito bom, apartamentos limpos, bem montados, com utensílios novos, a uma quadra do metro, a 1,5km do melhor e maior shopping center de Sntiago, a passos de restaurantes maravilhosos. minha casa em Santiago do Chile.

This is a very nice apartment which compares very positevely with other apartments in the area. It is well equiped and well maintained. It is located in a very central location but at the same time in a quiet spot with amazing views from the 21st floor

Un desastre el App. Sucio, con muy pocas cosas para poder hacer nada, siquiera servilletas había. Se rompió la heladera no enfriaba y nadie vino a verla. La television tiene prácticamente canales de aire, no hay un mínimo de abono de cable con canales. UN DESASTRE!!!

Great location but some let-downs.

The hotel location is very convenient. 5 minute walk to metro station. Easy check in. Daily rubbish pick up. The kitchen had all the amenities. The apartment overall is comfortable and promising but I found some let-downs. The lighting was very poor in the living room, bathroom and bedroom. The curtains had holes. The towels look very old and with a funny smell, not sure whether from detergent or a cleaning product. There was also a smell in the bathroom (like sewage)
