In the photos it looks very nice, but facilities in poor condition. Clogged sinks, both. TV controls without cover, they do not work. Door panels in poor condition. Main door in poor condition. Support tables in poor condition, disassembled. Wifi does not connect with the device key. Towels for two, three guests pay. Burnt out lights.......They made us wait more than 20 minutes to enter. terrible service

Localização excelente, próximo a metro, shopping, supermercado, cafés, bares e restaurantes. Acomoda tranquilamente 4 adultos (cama casal e bicama). Aquecedores do quarto e sala suficientes para deixar os ambientes confortáveis. Ponto de melhoria: Colchão da cama de casal achei bem antigo, precisa ser substituído.

El depto estaba medianamente limpio, el lugar (entorno) bueno. Lo malo es que el precio que se paga es por menos de 24 horas se entrega a las 16 y se debe devolver a las 10... ademas en la publicidad de la página dice que tiene estacionamiento disponible pero una vez cancelado te llega un correo de bienvenida en donde te indican que el estacionamiento tiene un valor de 15 mil pesos y no puedes retractarte del arriendo porque no hay devolución del dinero .....una frescura y publicidad engañosa

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, pero es muy pequeño (se anuncia para 4 pero es para 2 a lo máximo). El depto (1702) está en precarias condiciones de mantención y el aseo también es regular. El precio del departamento es conveniente y no es esperaba mucho, pero aún asi me decepcionó. Por el mismo precio o un poco más hay mejores alternativas.

Price is reasonable for a studio room with sufficient facilities. Knowing and able to communicate through WhatsApp with the management prior and during the visit made my stay more secure and memorable. Nicholas was proficient in English whilst Angelica tried her best to help. Hope the water boiler can be changed as previous tenant has ruined it by boiling coffee with it leaving a bad unpleasant coffee taste to water boiled using it.

O apartamento é bom, mas não é de dos quartos. Na verdade, só tem um quarto com cama de casal. Na sala, foi colocada uma divisória para dar uma impressão de quarto, mas não é. Tem 3 camas de solteiro na sala. No mais, o AP é aconchegante e mto bem localizado. Ótimo custo-benefício
